After the competition

Beside the competition we offer a broad and exciting program to all
participants of the world championships.

The program for the officials of the International and
German Fencing Federations:
· Reception with the Prime Minister of the Free State of Saxony
· Reception with the mayor of the city Leipzig in the historical rooms
  of the new city hall
· City walk through the historical center of Leipzig
· Visit of a concert in the Gewand house or a performance of the
  Thomaner choir Leipzig

The program for the participating athletes
· Players party for all participants in the Moritzbastei
· meet & greet with the different national teams in the ARENA LEIPZIG
· guided city tour with the different national teams
· meet & greet / practice with the Leipzig junior teams in the house of the
  sport in the sport-forum

Additional activities are taking place during the Fencing World Championships. Closer information will be disclosed here later on.

· Week of the Fencing
· Ball Night
· Reunion of former athletes
· Closing Ceremony
